    Dear ISMN-Agencies, Partners and Friends,

    Before the minutes of the 18th Annual General ISMN meeting, that was held in São Paulo, Brazil, in September 2025, will be sent to all ISMN member agencies, we would like to send you some impressions of the time in São Paulo and the moments we shared.

    The ISMN board expresses heartfelt thanks to the Brazilian hosts and all attendees for making the event a success!

    In the beautiful city of Zagreb the regional ISBN and ISMN meeting brought together colleagues from over ten countries (Serbia – Slovenia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Hungary – Bulgaria – Croatia – Republika Srpska – Montenegro – Kosova – UK and Germany)  to share ideas, experiences and challenges in the world of publishing and music documentation.

    This regional gathering is a long-standing tradition. Since 2009 it is a space where national ISBN and ISMN agencies connect, exchange expertise, and support one another in adapting to a changing publishing landscape.

  • Meeting 2025 in São Paulo

    Dear ISMN agencies,

    in this year the AGM and Panel Meeting of the International ISMN Agency will take place in São Paulo, Brazil on Thursday, 18 September 2025 in the meeting rooms of Câmara Brasileira do Livro (CBL).

    The ISMN AGM and Panel meeting is scheduled on Thursday, 18 September, starting at 10:00 am (check in at 9:30 am), finishing in the early afternoon at 1:30 pm.

    Please note: it will be a in-person-meeting only (no live stream).

    The International ISMN Agency can provide letters of invitation for any delegates of the national ISMN Agencies who would like to attend the AGM. In case you require a letter of invitation, please write to ismn@ismn-international.org.

    The Board of the International ISMN Agency is looking forward to welcome you in São Paulo in September this year!

  • Meeting 2024 in Paris

    Dear ISMN agencies, Dear ISMN Friends,

    We are very much looking forward to the forthcoming ISMN Annual General Meeting in Paris.

    We meet at Hotel Mercure Paris Bercy Bibliothèque (6, boulevard Vincent Auriol; 75013 Paris) on Thursday, 26 September 2024 (check-in from 9.30 am).
    As every year, there will be a joint dinner on the day before the AGM.

    We meet for dinner on Wednesday, 25 September 2024, at 7 pm at the Brasserie “Chez Lili et Marcel” (1, quai d’Austerlitz; 75013 Paris).

    We are delighted to welcome you all to Paris. 
    We wish you a pleasant and punctual journey and look forward to an exciting exchange with you all!
